1. Return period

Mikeshue accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To request a return, contact us at hello@mikeshue.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

2. Return conditions

Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable. Certain items may not be eligible for return when required by applicable rules or product conditions.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

5. Restocking fee

Mikeshue does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
